    Customer Service Representative Installer


    RTN is the leading distributor of in store advertising in the United States . The company, founded in 1951, pioneered the register receipt advertising program, which is among the oldest nationally recognized in-store branding products. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative Installer in the-------------- region. 


    As a CSR installer, you will be installing and verifying our register tape usage in our partner stores/supermarkets. You will be visiting our assigned partner stores, explaining our program to store managers and getting our latest tapes installed in all operational cash registers in store.


    You will also be responsible for maintaining our existing customers and making sure that all customer’s complaints are met while providing exceptional customer service.


    Installations take 20 to 30 minutes per location and in a typical month we ship 30 to 50 locations for this region. These Stores fall in a 60 to 90 mile radius.


    - You must drive his/her own vehicle. You must provide valid driver's license, and proof of car insurance.



    • Customer service background preferred.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Punctuality and reliability is a must.
    • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with customers  and partner stores, exceeding expectations.
    • Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
    • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
    • Job requires 30-40% travel.
    • Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds
    • Previous merchandising experience a plus
